The workshop was meant for imparting hands on experiences on making fish related products
Pre Event Description :
Dr T V Sankar , Director of Research inagurated the workshop.The workshop was organized by Center of Advanced Studies and Entrepreneurship Development and Fish Processing Technology Department.On first day of workshop participants were taught how to make fish pickeles with tuna and prawn.On second day ,they were taught to make different battered breaded fish products such as fritters,butterfly shrimp etc
