The objective of the webinar is to apprise the dairy technology students with avenues/options available for them in the field of dairy processing for entrepreneurship development. They will be apprised with various government schemes available for startup in dairy processing field. Further, the students will also get familiar with various techniques of economic analysis and project evaluation of dairy projects. The Main objective of the webinar is to motivate the students to go for entrepreneurship in the field of dairy processing, thus rather than seeking employment somewhere else, generating self employment and at the same time creating employment opportunities for others.
