The objective is to upscale the qualities of UAS Staff, who form the group of participants, with sound theoretical knowledge and hands-on-experience and practicing skills in the areas listed below for the Administrative and Technical staff respectively.

ICAR has a motto of developing resources and mechanisms for supporting infrastructure, faculty and student advancement, and providing means for better governance and management of agricultural universities. This is for the universities to avail the benefit of capacity building, research and consulting services.
